WAUSAU — The 2021 Parade of Homes presented by the Wausau Area Builders Association will be held from Tuesday, June 8 to Sunday, June 13 at various locations around the area.
The “Parade of Homes” is typically held in June, but because numbers were so high and homebuilders had more to show off, they added the second show for Saturday. Whether it be renovations or just buying a new home, lots of people are investing in their homes right now. The one-time admission cost is $10 and can be paid at any of the featured homes.

THE WAUSAU HOMES DIFFERENCE
This year’s event features eight distinctive new homes. The event book for the 2021 Wausau Area Builders Association Parade of Homes in Wausau, WI on June 8-13th. This parade features 8 beautiful homes by members of the Wausau Area Builders Association. The second parade was announced last summer following what was considered a successful June event. An estimated 2,500 people toured at least one of the homes featured in that event. He displayed a home he and his wife designed from the ground up in eastern Wausau.

He says the parade offers a chance for people to not only tour a beautiful home but also help get ideas for renovations to their own home. A guide to this year’s homes will be released in the coming weeks. The homes in this year’s event will highlight the great craftsmanship and products which members of the WABA offer. There are 11 homes featured on this year’s tour from Merrill to Kronenwetter and Marathon City to Wittenberg. Homes will be open for paradegoers from 5 to 9 PM on both Tuesday and Wednesday, then from noon to 9 Thursday and Friday. 13 brand new homes built by nine area builders are on display to walk through and admire.
